A curated selection of three unique Peruvian coffees, this triple pack showcases the spectrum of flavours offered by the forward thinking producers in an origin known for its variety of microclimates. We cupped over 40 fresh crop Peruvian lots this spring in our quest for the best one. When we tasted the huge range of flavours coming from this origin we couldn’t restrict ourselves to only one. This set is the result.
El Conjuro is a regional lot that provides an introduction to this multifaceted origin. It is well structured with the bright acidity that is the hallmark of high quality washed Peruvian coffee.
William Manchay’s coffee—the first Peruvian Geisha we’ve roasted—dials up the florals and delivers the elegant layered acidity we love in this varietal.
Rounding out the trio is Anderson Guerrero's honey process, mosto inoculated Tabi. It is a process-driven boozy phenomenon, bursting with heady, sweet fruitiness.
