We love to explore the full delicious spectrum of flavours specialty coffee has to offer, but we also know there’s a time and a place for a mug of something easy and familiar. This is a seasonal, single-origin fully traceable Brazil with an easy drinking profile: nutty, chocolatey, mellow, sweet and full bodied. It’ll be an easy dial-in and a crowd pleaser with or without milk.

Our Brazil is only available in the great value 1kg size or as a subscription. If you want little and often you can get our Basecamp Subscription HEREAvailable as whole bean only.

Tasting Notes: Expect a solid hit of chocolate and hazelnut cream with vanilla and brown sugar notes building sweetness and a creamy mouthfeel.

Sometimes you want a coffee that is full bodied, sweet and easy drinking. This coffee from Sitio Boa Vista ticks that box. Its flavour notes are solidly in the chocolatey-nutty arena, but it has the prerequisite clean profile we look for in our Brazilian coffees.

Grown in the Heliodora municipality of the traditional coffee growing region of Minas Gerais, this coffee was produced by Paiva Damascena. He grows coffee on his farm Boa Vista and also collaborates with other local small-scale producers to process and create lots for export.

This coffee was brought to us by Unic, a small importing company who specialise in Brazilian coffee. We’ve bought several lots from them including the one grown by the young producer Luan Pereira dos Santos on his farm Sitio Alegria, which we roasted earlier this year. The consistently chocolatey, nutty, full bodied and high sweetness flavour profile you can find in Brazilian coffees is why we always have one on our offering. It’s one of the best origins to use for milky espresso drinks. Their relatively low acidity and high sweetness mean that they’re easy to dial in and always taste great with milk.

If variety is the spice of your life, check out our Variety Pack HERE - all four of our current single origin coffees (250g of each), available as beans or ground for £44.

A note about packaging

This 1kg pack of Brazilian coffee is packaged in a fully recyclable plastic bag which can be recycled with soft plastics at most supermarkets. The shipping box is fully recyclable with cardboard.
